UNDERSTANDING YOUR REFILLS

When your prescription label Refills number reaches "0", it's time to call in to have it renewed. It is important to note this number to make sure you don't miss required doses of your medication. Contact us by eMail or phone before finishing a your pills to have a refill setup for you and schedule a pickup or delivery of your medication.

NOTE: Most prescriptions will be available for same day pick up unless it needs to be ordered in and would be available the next day.

You are not entitled to refill this prescription.
If your doctors office accepts fax requests for refills, we will fax the doctors office and request a repeat.**
However, if you doctors office does not accept fax requests for refills, you will need to be seen by
your doctor to issue a new prescription.

** This process can take several days. Please contact us before running out of your medications.
